If you want to know a bit more about me, my Name is Matthieu Colotte, I’m 48 years old, I’m married and I have two boys.
My friends used to call me SuperMC !
I’m a Marseille-based FM blogger.
One can say that I am a successful professional with 15+ years of significant experience.
I have driven FM services in the greatest cultural complexes in Marseille (France). I managed activities coordination and facility operation. I also ensured comprehensive customer services. I led an FM team of 25 employees. I managed and succeeded in many studies and missions of advice in economic development and Facility Management for companies. I am familiar with the French market and its main players.
In my opinion, the Facility Management has to be an outsourced part of the company because it allows to improve its performances (the efficiency of its buildings and the productivity of its employees) to focus on its core business and become more competitive.
FM is my business. It’s underdeveloped in France.
So I want to contribute to its growth. Modestly.
I like to write in french, and english too.
So I founded and ran this blog to develop FM in France : frequence-fm.fr.
